At the meeting point of earth and water, halfway between East and West, where past and present, nature and architecture come together — just an hour from Budapest, Vienna, and Bratislava, the three key cities of the former Austro-Hungarian Empire — lies Hungary’s only rural two-Michelin-star restaurant, located on the historic Esterházy estate, reimagined by designer Zoltán Varró.
