Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Personal Pick-Up – Free of Charge
If purchasing from stock, the product is available for pick-up from our UAE warehouse/showroom once payment has been completed, subject to availability. You will receive warehouse details in your order confirmation.
Home Delivery via Courier Service
We deliver your order directly to your address across the UAE, providing a safe, fast, and convenient service.
- 1–3 business days in major cities
- 3–5 business days in other emirates
Delivery Charges
- Orders below AED [threshold, e.g., 300] → Delivery fee: AED [e.g., 25]
- Orders above AED [threshold] → Free delivery

Changing Delivery Details
The delivery date or address may be changed only before the package has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team by phone or email. Once the package has been dispatched, changes can be arranged directly with the courier service.
If you cancel the order after dispatch, please return the goods as per our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Collection by Another Person
Yes, someone else may collect your order on your behalf. Please ensure they present:
- A copy of the invoice (printed or electronic)
- Valid identification
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the courier’s name and a tracking number by email. You may use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s official website.
Delivery into Homes
Courier services in the UAE are responsible for delivering goods to your doorstep. Unpacking, assembly, and moving goods inside the premises are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Receiving Orders
Upon delivery, please check that the external packaging is intact before signing the delivery receipt.
- If you notice any damage, do not accept the package and immediately inform our customer service team.
- If you accept the goods without noting visible damage, later claims for courier-related damage may not be accepted.
International Deliveries
Currently, we deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. For international delivery inquiries, please contact our customer service team for available options and quotations.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods in the UAE:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Bank Transfer (advance payment required)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (subject to limits, e.g., AED 2,500 maximum per order)
All payments must be made in AED and include 5% VAT as required under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 (VAT Law).
